*FANCY DRESS COMPETITION
(CLASSES I & II)*

The Primary Section of Sophia High School organized a vibrant and enthusiastic Fancy Dress Competition for the students of Classes I and II today. The event commenced with an introduction and warm welcome extended to our Respected Sister In-charge, Sister Amrita, honorable judge Mrs. Malti, teachers, and bright young participants, followed by a prayer seeking divine blessings for the day.
The theme for Class I was "Cartoon Characters and Superheroes," where our little ones brought beloved figures like Spider-Man, Batman, Superman, Charlie Chaplin, Chacha Chaudhary, Chhota Bheem, Chutki, Princesses, and Minnie Mouse to life on stage. Class II showcased "Healthy and Unhealthy Food Items," with creative costumes featuring healthy choices like tomato, kiwi, strawberry, grapes, apple, mango, orange, and pineapple alongside junk food items like burger, pizza, french fries, and pasta, cleverly reminding everyone of the importance of balanced eating. Participants from Sections 1A, 1B, 2A, and 2B took the stage sequentially, performing with exceptional confidence, charm, and flair.
The event concluded with inspiring words of appreciation from our Respected Sister Amrita, who commended the children for their spirited participation and praised the teachers for their seamless organization. A sincere Vote of Thanks was offered to Almighty Father for blessing us with pleasant weather for the successful completion of the programme, with heartfelt gratitude extended to Sister Amrita, the judges, participants, parents, comparers, and the students who contributed to the artwork for the beautiful backdrop. Adding to the joy of the day, certificates were also distributed to the proud winners of the English Poem Recitation Competition held on 18th July. The day ended on a memorable, happy, and triumphant note, leaving everyone beaming with pride.
