Report on Parent-Teacher Meeting and Exhibitions
“A strong partnership between parents and teachers builds the foundation for a child’s success.”

The Parent-Teacher Meeting was successfully conducted across the KG, Primary and Secondary Sections of Sophia High School. Parents participated actively by meeting the teachers, discussing their children’s progress, reviewing answer sheets and discussing the results.
Alongside the PTM, exhibitions were organised in the Primary and Secondary Sections. The Science Exhibition showcased projects and models prepared by Classes 4A, 4B and 5A under the guidance of the Science teacher, Ma’am Tarannum. The exhibits covered plants, animals, nature, energy, space, the solar system, human body systems, rainwater conservation, plant life cycles and many more scientific concepts.
The SUPW Display by Classes 1 to 5 featured creative work, best-out-of-waste items, paper crafts and models. Embroidered hankies were specially prepared by Classes 4 and 5 under the guidance of Ma’am Archana and Ma’am Anupama. The creative work of Classes 1, 2 and 3 was carried out under the guidance of Ma’am Jyoti, Ma’am Smita, Ma’am Archana, Ma’am Ritu, Ma’am Deepali and Ma’am Anupama.
The Secondary Art Display presented paintings, drawings and decorative art pieces created by the students under the guidance of the Art teacher, Sir Lalit Kalma.
The exhibitions were visited and appreciated by Sister Superior, Sister Arpita; Sister Principal, Sister Abha; Sister In-charge, Sister Amrita; teachers and parents. The students were delighted to see their work displayed and appreciated.
The PTM and exhibitions provided a meaningful platform for parent-teacher interaction, student participation, creativity and learning beyond the classroom.
