**Co-Workers’ Day Celebration**
 
**“Hard work is the key that unlocks the door to success.”**
 
Sophia High School celebrated **Co-Workers’ Day** in the Secondary School Hall to honour and appreciate the supporting staff for their dedication and valuable contribution to the smooth functioning of the school.
 
The celebration began with a warm welcome by the students. The co-workers were greeted with **tilak** and cheerful applause, creating an atmosphere of respect and gratitude.
 
The programme commenced with a **lamp-lighting ceremony**, followed by a prayer service that included **Bible reading, petitions, and hymns**, seeking God’s blessings for the health, families, and future of all the co-workers.
The gathering also welcomed **Sr. Sushma, the new Manager of the school**, whose presence added significance to the occasion.
 
Students presented a vibrant cultural programme featuring an energetic dance by the Primary Section, followed by a series of dances on a **Retro Songs Medley** by the Secondary Section. A short comedy skit by the Primary students highlighting the importance of quality education added fun and meaning to the celebration.
 
As a token of love, gratitude, and appreciation, the co-workers received a card and gifts from the school management in recognition of their dedicated service.
 
A vote of thanks was delivered by **Ganganam Ji**, conveying gratitude to the Sisters, staff, teachers, and students for organising such a memorable celebration and for their love and support.
The Principal, in her address, appreciated the co-workers for their dedicated work and valuable contribution to the school.
 
Fun-filled games organised by the KG Section provided entertainment for the co-workers, and prize distribution for the winners added further joy to the celebration.
The event concluded with a wholesome meal arranged by the management, offering an opportunity for togetherness and fellowship.
 
The programme served as a heartfelt tribute to the supporting staff and reaffirmed the school’s commitment to recognising the dignity of labour and expressing gratitude to those who work tirelessly behind the scenes.
