Spell Bee Competition (Secondary)

The English Department, in collaboration with Ruby House, successfully organized the Spell Bee Competition on 18th July 2026. The competition aimed to enhance students' spelling accuracy, vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence in using the English language.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who competed with great zeal through a series of exciting rounds such as Dictation, Spot Me, Word Connection, Twins, Unscramble, and Spellathon. The participants showcased excellent language skills, quick thinking, and remarkable confidence throughout the competition.
The Principal appreciated the students for their enthusiasm, dedicated preparation, and true spirit of sportsmanship. The results were as follows:
Group A (Classes VI–VIII):
1st: Emerald House
2nd: Ruby House and Topaz House (Tie)
3rd: Sapphire House
Group B (Classes IX–X):
1st: Topaz House
2nd: Emerald House
3rd: Ruby House
The competition was a grand success as it promoted healthy competition while inspiring students to develop a love for language and enrich their vocabulary. It proved to be an engaging, enjoyable, and enriching learning experience for all.
At the conclusion of the programme, Principal Sister Abha graciously presented the certificates to the winners of the Solo Singing Competition, adding a special note of encouragement and appreciation to the occasion.
